This large yard had a considerable slope from side to side that had to be creatively incorporated into the design. The solution was to create a retaining wall along the edge of the pool. Not just an ordinary retaining wall, however, a retaining wall consisting of three sheer descent water curtains that cascade into the pool. In addition, the retaining wall also acts as stairs in the deep end and shallow end of the pool allowing easy access between the lower pool deck and raised cabana deck. Although cabana might be a bit of an understatement. Poolside cottage may be a better term. With a full-size kitchen, living room with fireplace and flat screen tv and hot tub area with its own tv, this “cottage” is the perfect companion to the large rectangular shaped pool. This pool is every bather’s dream. Whether guests want to swim length’s, practice diving, take a ride down the slide or just lounge on the large shallow end stairs this pool has it all. This backyard oasis offers a bit of everything to everyone.
